Fedex Express/Next Day/Second Day Shipping
Our Fedex Express shipping offers you Next Day and Second Day shipping for all orders. All Express orders placed before 1pm CST will ship the same day. For example, if you choose 2nd Day shipping on Wednesday before 1pm CST, your order will ship Wednesday and arrive on Friday. FEDEX EXPRESS SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS! If you choose 2nd Day shipping on Wednesday after 1pm, your order will not ship until Thursday and won’t arrive until Monday. All shipment methods include insurance at no charge. This alone is saving you a lot of money no other paintball websites are doing this.
Holiday Returns
We will extend the return policy for orders placed from November 1st thru December 15th to January 15th the following year.
Does My Billing & Shipping Address Have to Match?
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. As long as your billing address and shipping address match what is on file with your banking institution your order will ship out the same day or next day at the latest.
If you are having your order shipped to an alternate ship to address that is fine the transaction just has to pass thru our new fraud check program. This could delay the order. We need you to add the alternate shipping address on to your credit card. Just call the number on the back of your card and add the shipping address as an authorized ship to address on your card. Then call us at 877-922-2355 so we can call your credit card company to verify that the address was added.
When Will My Order Ship?
If you place an order by 1pm most orders will ship out the same day Monday thru Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, almost always will ship out that Monday. Some exceptions is when we get an abundant amount of orders over the weekend then it will ship on Tuesday or if your order has to go thru our fraud check program. We do prioritize 2nd day and Next day orders we make sure they go out first.

Does My Package Require a Signature?
With any order over $500 a signature will be required. If you will not be home, Fedex will make 3 attempts to deliver the package or you can go to your local Fedex hub to pick the package up.
Do You Accept Global Credit Cards?
We do now accept global credit cards that can pass AVS checks. Once you complete the transaction the payment will be in pending status until it goes thru our fraud check, if it passes then the transaction will be accepted and then the order will be shipped.
Attention Global Customers
You must have a confirmed Paypal Account(Only Canada and UK) to pay for your order by Paypal. We also accept wire transfers all paid in US funds. If you want to do a wire transfer please call your order in 877-922-2355 or sometimes is easier by email for international customers mailto:info@tippmannpros.com.
