Free Economy shipping is offered on orders above $199 (not including tax). Offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International destinations.
Through our relationship with several reputable Freight companies, we are now able to offer an economy Ground shipping option. The usual delivery time for Economy shipping is 5-7 Business Days once your item has been shipped. This option is not as fast as Paid Ground, but for those who don't mind waiting, this is a good option.
When shipping paintballs it is suggested that you choose a minimum of FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. We will not offer any refunds or replacements for paintballs damaged in transit via our Free Economy Shipping option.
Orders containing backordered item(s) will not be split up and shipped seperately unless the backordered item(s) total over $199.
We do not ship to Military/APO addresses.
We do not ship to International destinations other than Canada.
**Winter Storm Advisory**
Due to certain storms during the winter, TippmannPros.com is not liable for shipments delayed due to adverse weather conditions. If your shipment was delayed due to a recent winter storm, TippmannPros.com will not be able to issue a credit, or refund shipping charges for your delayed shipment.

In-Stock Orders placed before 3pm (Mountain Time) are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
A Shipping addresses that is different than your billing address may cause your order to be delayed. When using a seperate "Ship To" address, that address must be on file with your credit card institution or this will significantly delay your shipment.

At TippmannPros.com we understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely fashion. TippmannPros.com tries to maintain an "in stock" status on all of the products we carry however, there are times when we are unable to stock merchandise due to manufacturing delays. In the case that your item is out of stock, TippmannPros.com will make every effort to receive your back ordered items and ship them to you as soon as possible. If items are on backorder for an unreasonable amount of time, we will contact the customer for an alternative product or refund.
A Ground charge will apply to all backordered items unless the backordered items total over $199.

Backordered items that are not shipped with the original order will be shipped via Ground by default.

Before you purchase any product from our company, please check to make sure that you completely understand the conditions that apply to that manufacturer's warranty policy. All warranty, repair, or faulty equipment questions MUST be directed to the manufacturer of the item in question. ALL Returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice. ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Before any item can be considered for return, it must meet all of the following conditions:
**Shipping charges are not refundable.**
- All products returned must be in new, unused, condition. Unused means that paintball guns have not had CO2 or compressed air shot thru them. You may not test fire a gun and then return it to us.
- Used products may not be returned. Use is defined as any attempt to open packaging, fire, install, wear or wash.
- All items associated with each product must be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed materials that came with the product. This includes any promotional materials such as stickers included with the products that you ordered.
- You must include a copy of the invoice you received with your order.
- There are absolutely NO RETURNS after 15 days from the date you received the order.
- Open DVD’s and Videotapes are not returnable, if defective they may be exchanged for the same title only.
- All sales of electronic merchandise is final. If you are having trouble with an electronic item or you suspect that an item has a manufacturers defect, you will need to contact the manufacturer of that device direct. No Returns are accepted on electronic merchandise.
- We will not offer any refunds or replacements for paintballs damaged in transit. When shipping paintballs it is suggested that you choose a minimum of FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. If the box appears to be damaged it should be mentioned to the delivery agent and noted upon receipt. If this is the case, please notify the agent and file a claim for the cost of the damaged products and shipping expenses incurred.
If you meet the conditions set forth above and wish to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:
- First, contact our customer service department at 877-922-2355 to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number . The sales associate should ask the following questions so have all information readily available, The Reason For the Return? Your Order Number? Your Name? And What product is being returned? After we have determined that a return is applicable, we can then begin to process a return.
- Please write "RETURN" and your RMA Number clearly on the outside of the box you are returning. Without a visible "RETURN" on the outside of the box, our receiving department will not accept the package, and it will be returned to you.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with merchandise being returned.
Upon receiving your authorized return TippmannPros.com, will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure that the conditions set forth above have been met. If the item(s) you are authorized to return don't meet the conditions set forth above, TippmannPros.com, will return the item(s) to you at your cost.
If all the conditions are met TippmannPros.com, will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus any applicable restocking fee. The refund will be issued to you in the same method you used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear on your credit card.
If any merchandise is damaged in shipping due to incorrect packing by the customer. TippmannPros.com will not process a refund. TippmannPros.com recommends that all returns be shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx.

If after placing an order with TippmannPros.com you decide you don't want the order, you must cancel the order before we ship it by calling our customer service department at 877-922-2355.
If you cancel your order after TippmannPros.com ships it, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping, a restocking fee may apply in this case.
Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. You still must contact us and let us know you refused it.
